I usually go to Texture for hair appointments. However today, I had an eye treatment, which indeed was a treat. Their esthetician, Gianna, did a wonderful job, and although the treatment only lasted 10 minutes, I was totally transported to a very relaxed state that seemed much longer and my eye area looks brighter! It was a great experience that I definitely plan on doing again.

I also know if I ever requested something too crazy, she would temper it to suit my hair. Your service is great, and everyone\'s so nice, but every time I go in, you\'re out of the small travel-size platinum shampoo I like for our frequent trips. I\'m going to start ordering it online because I\'ve been in three different months and you\'ve been out. I know you don\'t want to keep too much in stock, but this is really inconvenient.

From the front of the house, where they pleasantly greet you as well as check you out, to the excellent hairstylists, who make you look fabulous, to the back of the salon where they wash/condition your hair and massage your scalp, this hair salon is fabulous! Of course, it all comes at a higher price, but then again, aren’t you worth it? For me, the answer is absolutely!

I just spent 5 hours in the salon! The staff is delightful and Jamie and Kelly are terrific……as were Krissy, Bella and Abby. My only criticism is this: while i understand that when I come monthly for my color, that a blow out is not included. (I don’t love that policy but I accept it and appreciate the opportunity to do it myself) HOWEVER twice a year when I come in for a straightening AND a color… spending 5 hours in the chair, and, particularly this time of year when I am spending$450 plus tips plus Christmas gifts….. almost$600….. I I have to tell you that it bothers me to either have to blow out my own hair or pay an additional$50 plus tip to have a stylist do it. Just as a blowout is included with a haircut, when a client is spending that much money, I think it would be good customer relations to throw in the hair being dried as well. Otherwise, I have absolutely no complaints and only compliments for the way my hair looks.

Jayme does my extensions and Isabella aka Bella does my color. Let me tell you, both ladies get a 10/10! They listen to my crazy and then exceed all expectation😍 Isabella makes me look like a natural blonde with a soft grow and people are blown away when they learn I have extensions. They are seamless and look and feel so natural. HIGHLY recommend both stylist for any and all of your needs💜
