Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for a 24 hr notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If there is less then 24 hr notice 50% of scheduled service will be charged. No show appointemnts or up to 1 hour prior to scheduled appointment will be 100% charge. All Keratin services require 48 hr notice. Thank you for understanding this is scheduled time for our service providers.
